Ingredients: 100% Beta-Alanine.
Instructions for use: Take one serving (2 g) Beta-Alanine powder with 200 ml water or with your pre-workout drink 15 minutes before your workout. On rest days take one serving of Beta-Alanine powder dissolved in any drink with one of your meals.
