L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid which has been popular amongst hobby and competitive sportsmen for decades.
Our average diet usually does not have so much l-tyrosine containing foods like eggs, fish or diaries that could satisfy the needs of sportsmen.

Ingredients
L-tyrosine containing dietary supplement capsule.
Ingredients: L-tyrosine, capsule shell (gelatin), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, silicon dioxide).
Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 capsule) with three meals of the day for a total of 3 capsules a day. Alternatively take a daily serving (3 capsules) 15 minutes before activity.
Warnings: The product does not replace a balanced diet & healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dosage! Keep out of reach of children.
Best before: see the date indicated on the bottom of the bottle.
