Description
BCAA is the short term for Branched Chain Amino Acids. This amino acid group consists of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. BCAA amino acids are essential amino acids, which means that our bodies can not produce them on their own, we have to take them orally with nutrient rich foods or nutritional supplements.
The product has pure BCAA content in a natural ratio, which means that it has the three branched chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) in 2:1:1 ratio, the same ratio that can be found in human muscles – thus it can be used efficiently by our bodies.

Instructions for use: Mix one serving (6 g) 2:1:1 BCAA powder with 250 ml of cold water and consume it before, during or after your workout. According to your need of amino acids you can take two servings (12 g) at a time or distributed through the day as well.
