Description
BCAA is the short term for Branched Chain Amino Acids. This amino acid group consists of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. BCAA amino acids are essential amino acids, which means that our bodies can not produce them on their own, we have to take them orally with nutrient rich foods or nutritional supplements.
The product has pure BCAA content in a natural ratio, which means that it has the three branched chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) in 2:1:1 ratio, the same ratio that can be found in human muscles – thus it can be used efficiently by our bodies.
The other active agent in the product is L-Glutamine, which is also a very important amino acid. Although L-Glutamine is not an essential amino acid, it makes up more than the 60% percentage of the whole amino acid content of our muscles, thus it is understandable how important it is. In addition in case of physical stress our bodies use it to get energy and for muscle regeneration, and this time the amount we can produce does not match the amount we could make use of - that is why it is called a conditionally essential amino acid.
