How to use it?

Creatine monohydrate can be use according to two different approaches, with or without loading.

Generally, it’s used with loading, yet in the case of a diet when retaining water is generally to be avoided, it can be used without loading.

With loading:

For 5-10 days, consume one-third of your body weight worth of creatine (in grams), distributed evenly throughout the day. Consume 1 portion each before and after working out or 10-20 minutes before meals on rest days, combined with carbohydrates.

Consume half the normal amount from the 11th day onward and continuously use the product every day for 40-60 days, then forgo using the product for at least 2 months.

Without loading:

Consume 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate before and after workouts.

How to prepare:

Mix one portion (5 g) of 100% Creatine Monohydrate in water or other liquids, possibly adding it to your after-workout shake.
