Ingredients
Blackcurrant flavored, Caffeine, Herbal extracts, Zinc, Chromium, L-carnitine and Biotin containing powder with Sweeteners.
Ingredients: sweetener (xylitol), acid (citric acid), L-carnitine L-tartrate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), green coffee (Coffea robusta L.) bean powder (0,6% caffeine content), flavoring, L-tyrosine, siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root and rhizomes extract (standardized to 0,8% eleutherosides), sweetener (sucralose), caffeine anhydrous, green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract (standardized to 40% polyphenols, 7% EGCG and 20% catechins), chitosan (from shrimp), alfalfa (Medicago sativa) grass powder, white willow (Salix alba) bark extract (standardized to 15% salicin), kola nut (Cola acuminate) extract (standardized to 10% caffeine), guarana (Paullinia cupana) seed powder (3% caffeine content), zinc oxide, cayenne pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) powder, anti-caking agent (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), colors (ponceau 4R**, indigo carmine, caramel), blackcurrant fruit powder (0,1%), black pepper (Piper nigrum) extract (standardized to 95% piperine), chromium picolinate, D-biotin.

Instructions for use: Mix one serving (10 g) with 500 ml cold water and drink it throughout the day as a complementation of your all day hydration. As an alternative drink the whole servig 20 minutes before working out. The scoop in the product serves as a help to take the powder out of the packaging, for exact serving measurements always use a digital scale!
Warnings: The product does not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dosage! Keep out of reach of children. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (112,72 mg/ serving). Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effects.

Storage conditions: Store bottle tightly closed between 5-30°C (41-86°F). Keep away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. Do not store the product for more than 6 months after opening.
