Ingredients
Ingredients: beta-alanine, A-AKG complex (L-arginine, calcium alpha-ketoglutarate), L-tyrosine, taurine, guarana (Paullinia cupana) seed extract (22% caffeine content), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), acetyl L-carnitine, D-aspartic-acid, siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root and rhizomes extract (standardized to 0,8% eleutherosides), calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (84% HMB), acid (citric acid), green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract (standardized to 40% polyphenols, 20% catechins and 7% EGCG), ginkgo biloba leaf powder, vitamin complex [L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, D-panthothenate, calcium, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamin hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin], flavorings, green coffee (Coffea robusta L.) bean extract (standardized to 50% chlorogenic acid and 2% caffeine), L-ornithine, L-lysine, sweetener (sucralose), emulsifier (soy lecithin), colors (tartrazine**, indigo carmine).
**tartrazine: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Instructions for use: Mix one serving (5 g) with 250 ml water and take it instead of a coffee or energy drink. Alternatively you can take it whenever you feel tired or need a mental boost, but be aware of the caffeine content (67,2 mg / serving) - more than daily two servings is not recommended.
