PWO Liquid is a complex pre workout formula with Caffeine, big dosage of Beta-Alanine, Taurine, Niacin, and Vitamin B6 and B12.
Compared to other pre workout formulas it has a lower Caffeine content, 35,5 mg / serving (it is about a half coffee or energy drink and only the fifth of a regular pre-workout product), so it can be used even before the late afternoon or night workouts.
But lower caffeine content does not mean lower active agent content! It will support your workout goals with 2000 mg of Beta-Alanine, Taurine, and Niacin (Vitamin B3) in every serving!
*The niacin (Vitamin B3) in the product plays a role in normal energy-producing metabolic processes.

Ingredients
Blue raspberry flavored, Beta-Alanine, Caffeine, Taurine, Niacin and Vitamin B6 containing liquid with Sweeteners.
Ingredients: natural mineral water, beta alanine, taurine, acid (citric acid), flavoring, caffeine anhydrous, blue raspberry fruit powder (0,1%), nicotinamide, sweeteners (acesulfame-K, sucralose), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), pyridoxine hydrochloride, color (indigo carmine), cyanocobalamin.
Instructions for use: Take one serving (25 ml) 30 minutes before beginning activity.
Warnings: The product does not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dosage! Keep out of reach of children. Caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (35,5 mg/serving). Beta alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals.
