Ingredients: hydro pro matrix [whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey protein isolate, BCAAs (L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine as free amino acid form)], skimmed cocoa powder (9%), flavorings, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), L-arginine (free amino acid form), L-glutamine (as free amino acid form), sweetener (sucralose), salt, vanilla crystal, inulin (from chicory), lactase enzyme (from Aspergillus sp. 65000 Ug).

Instructions for use: Mix one serving (25 g) hydro pro with 250 ml cold water or skimmed milk. On training days: take it in 30 minutes after finishing workout. On non-workout days: take it right on waking.
