Coenzyme Q10 ingredients: bulking agent (sunflower oil), capsule (gelatin), coenzyme Q10, humectant (glycerol), purified water, anti-caking agent (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), color (iron oxides and hydroxides), antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol).

Vitamin C + Rosehip ingredients: L-ascorbic acid, bulking agent (cellulose), maltodextrin, stabilizer [polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)], coating agents [polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylen glicol, talc), colors (calcium carbonate, yellow iron oxide, ponceau 4R**, indigo carmine, sunset yellow FCF**), rose hip (Rosa canina) fruit powder.

Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 sachet) in the morning with plenty of water, or follow the detailed instructions below for a better usage.

Daily portion: 1 sachet (8 pieces/sachet)
• Take one Multivitamin tablet with your first and with your last meal of the day (2 x 1)
• Take one coenzyme Q10 softgel capsule with your last meal of the day (1 x 1)
• Take one Vitamin C tablet with your first meal of the day (1 x 1)
• Take one Omega 3 softgel capsule with your first meal of the day (1 x 1)
• Take one Lecithin softgel capsule with your first meal of the day (1 x 1)
• Take one Ca-Zn-Mg tablet in the morning, if you often feel touchy or tired, or before going to sleep, if you experience evening cramps (1 x 1)
• Take one Glucosamine+chondroitine capsule with your last meal of the day (1 x 1)
