Ingredients
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) containing dietary supplement softgel capsule.
Ingredients: fish oil (standardized to 18% EPA and 12% DHA), capsule (gelatin), humectant (glycerol), purified water, antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol).
Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 capsule) with your first meal of the day, and another portion with your last meal. Alternatively you can take the whole daily portion (2 capsules) with one of your meals and plenty of water.
