Ingredients
GABA containing dietary supplement capsule.
Ingredients: GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), maltodextrin, capsule shell (gelatin), anti-caking agent (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid).
Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 capsule) with your first meal and one with your last meal. Alternatively you can take the daily amount (2 capsules) before going to sleep.
