Description
L-Lysine is an essential amino acid, which means that our bodies need that amino acid for the normal operation in the everyday, but they can not produce it by themselves, so we have to get them in with our diets. Following a balanced diet may grant the essential amount of L-Lysine, but in some situations, it might be an easier way to supply the body with a food supplement form.
Ingredients
L-lysine containing food supplement capsule.
Ingredients: L-Lysine hydrochloride, Capsule shell (Gelatin), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid).
Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 capsule) with three meals of the day for a total of 3 capsules a day. Alternatively take a daily portion (3 capsules) with your first meal of the day.
Warnings: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
Storage conditions: Store bottle tightly closed between 5-30°C (41-86°F). Keep away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. Do not store the product for more than 6 months after opening.
