Description
Taurine similarly to Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid, which means that our bodies can produce the essentially required amount, but in certain cases, like a stressful or active lifestyle, this amount does not meet our bodies’ needs. In these cases it is very important to help our bodies with higher Taurine intake by eating foods high in Taurine or by supplements.
Since our everyday diets do not have much of the foods that naturally consist of high amounts of Taurine (like eggs, fishes, dairies) which would be enough for individuals with active lifestyles, we usually recommend using supplements for complementation.

Ingredients
Taurine containing food supplement capsule.
Ingredients: taurine, capsule shell (gelatin), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid).
Instructions for use: Take one portion (2 capsules) with your first meal of the day or 15 minutes before activity.
Warnings: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
Best before: see the date indicated on the bottom of the bottle.
Storage conditions: Store bag tightly closed between 5-30°C (41-86°F). Keep away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. Do not store the product for more than 6 months after opening.
