Description
Essential amino acids (or EAAs) are amino acids which the body is unable to produce, or only in a very small amount, yet which are still indispensible or essential for the normal function of the body.
In the case of active or stressful lifestyles, our body has an exceptionally high essential amino acid demand, which is particularly true for BCAA amino acids. How to use?

How to prepare:
Mix 6 grams in 250 ml of water, blend in a shaker and use continuous portions before or during your workout.
