Ingredients: water, L-carnitine base, acids (boric acid, citric acid, malic acid), raspberry fruit powder (0,1%), D-pantothenate, calcium, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweeteners (acesulfame-K, sucralose), flavorings, colors (caramel, ponceau 4R**).

Instructions for use: On training days take one serving (25 ml) 15 minutes before starting your workout. You can dilute it with 250 ml of cold water, or drink it in its original form.
