Following a healthy lifestyle is a rather complex task, for which you need to follow the right combination of dozens of guidelines. One is for sure though: a healthy diet is the baseline of it all.
However, following a healthy diet comes with giving ups, and the price of calorie deficit and valuable nutrients can be a guilt free slice of delicious bread.

But these days are over!

We realized that the team of nutrient-rich, healthy foods can not have only sweet members like desserts, cookies, pancakes and protein bars, but should have other types of everyday-foods amongst them too. That is why we created Baguette Mix, a healthy wheat mix with which you not only can treat yourself with amazing homemade bakery products, but they will also contribute to reaching your goals faster!

Of course, creating a simply good wheat mix which makes it easier to bake homemade bread was not enough for us. We created it in a way that the ingredients would give you valuable nutrients too, that is why

  • mostly we used brown rice and millet fluors, which are gluten free flours with low glycemic index and high micronutrient content, so even the ones with gluten intolerance can use it;
  • we improved the bread’s consistency with tapioca starch, so it resembles even more to classic white breads;
  • and lastly we improved the mixture’s fiber content with psyllium husk and bamboo flour, so the mixture can not only be the base of delicious breads, but they will also contribute to healthy digestion!

Recipe for 1 baguette

Ingredients

  • 165 g baguette flour mix + 1-1,5 g for kneading
  • 2-3 g salt
  • 185 ml warm water

Mix the ingredients in a bowl, then knead it thoroughly on a lightly floured surface. Shape a baguette out of it and let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut it in 3-5 places. Bake it for 50 minutes in a preheated oven of 200C on a nonstick baking paper. Let it cool out, then you can slice it for your liking.

Recipe for 6 buns

Ingredients

  • 330 g Baguette flour mix + 1-1,5 g for kneading
  • 4-6 g salt
  • 370 ml warm water

Mix the ingredients in a bowl, then knead it thoroughly on a lightly floured surface. Shape 6 equal buns out of it, then let them rest for 10 minutes. Bake them for 30 minutes in a preheated oven of 200C on a nonstick baking paper. Let them cool out, then they are ready to eat!
