Ingredients: bulking agents (cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), nicotinamide, D-pantothenate calcium, riboflavin 5’-phosphate, sodium, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin.
Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 tablet) daily with one of your meals and plenty of liquid.
